Research interests
Dr. Erin Brown is an assistant professor of animal science. She earned her doctorate in beef cattle nutrition at Texas A&M University in 2005, her Master of Science in dairy and calf nutrition at Michigan State University and her Bachelor of Science in animal science at Texas A&M University. Brown advises animal science students and is the advisor to the SFA Show Team. Her primary research and teaching interest is beef cattle nutrition.
