Abstract
This study conducts a content analysis of the top 100 blogs by volume to understand their characteristics, revenue models, and social media usage. Being the first major longitudinal analysis in the marketing field to investigate the actual content of popular blogs, the research aims to offer valuable insights to both the academic and business communities concerning the components contributing to a blog's popularity on the internet.
