Dr. Pamela Rogers earned a PhD in operations and supply chain management and an MS in educational software development from the University of North Texas, and a BBA in marketing and economics from Midwestern State University. Her professional experience includes inventory control, quality control, corporate/military training, advertising, website design and project management. Rogers' research interests include manufacturing, supply chain management, flexibility/agility, quality and business education. She is a member of the Decision Sciences Institute, Southwest Decision Sciences Institute, Institute for Supply Chain Management and Association for Supply Chain Management. Dr. Rogers serves as Beta Gamma Sigma advisor and president of Alpha Iota Delta.
