Religion in Schools: Navigating the Law

Resumen

This article argues that when it comes to Supreme Court decisions on religion in the classroom, neutrality should not be seen as a negative concept focused on excluding religious elements. Instead, it should be viewed as a more inclusive approach that values contributions from diverse religious attitudes, values, and beliefs. This perspective encourages the incorporation of religious diversity into the classroom as an essential component of cultural diversity. The goal is to prepare students to actively and effectively engage in a diverse society by understanding and appreciating various religious perspectives.
